The SAVE America Act makes it harder for American citizens to vote. It hands private voter data over to DHS and adds costly hurdles just to register. We should be making it easier for Americans to have their voices heard and have their right to vote — not harder.

I want to be crystal clear: Democrats SUPPORT funding TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard. In fact, we've tried to fund these agencies MULTIPLE times. But what we won't support is writing a blank check for ICE's unchecked lawless violence.

We have to ask ourselves why @johnthune and @SenateGOP sabotaged SAVE America voting Act when 72% of Americans support it? Why do they want to leave the door open for non-citizens to vote?
