Ha @NS_online ik zit weer eens in de sprinter van Amsterdam naar Hilversum. En ik voel weer hoe beroerd jullie stoelen naar voren staan zodat je heel ongemakkelijk zit. Was dat (ooit) tactiek om de reiziger het niet te comfortabel te laten maken? Ik vind het zo onvriendelijk.
