Taliban are depriving girls from education DESPITE the things they have at stake i.e. legitimacy, financial sanctions, etc. Imagine a scenario where nothing were at stake: recognition by the West, FX reserves unfrozen, aid disbursed on-budget... How would Taliban behave then?!
