@MRow973 @BobbyMilone29 Whitlock was 3 years older than Lalane is now & had pitched 2 years already in college before we even drafted him & wasn't on ANY of the top prospect lists. Lalane's is a 6'7" lefty & the scouting reports are off the charts.

@MRow973 @BobbyMilone29 Boston saw one of Whitlock's bullpen sessions on instagram after missing a year & a half due to injury - Lalane would be worse, he's already returned to pitching professionally at end of this year & was dominant (1.65 ERA,11K/9 in 6 starts) & is 3 years younger than Whitlock was.
