The first and best step towards ‘Good Governance’ in India, is to solve the grievances of the public in a systematic & professional manner, starting from receiving the grievances properly and responding to it. This process itself will straighten out the distortions in the system and make it much better. This has been my experience in the last 27 years in the government. So, we need to see what’s the legal provision. How can BDA take up maintenance of a private layout with public money? It makes no sense to me. So, let’s discuss it in OHM with BDA officials.

@Captain_Mani72 @BDAOfficialGok @rajkarnalli @MSRNECBLR @Captain_Mani72 sir below is the snapshot of BDA tax demand this year..BDA clearly saying tax and maintenance is for maintaining infrastructure ,road,park and cicic amenities for BDA approved layout as well..our roads ,parks ,STP handed over to BDA in 2011 .Hence our demand sir.

We were informed by Zonal engineer in November 2025 that it will take 3 months for hand over to local municipal authority or panchayat. We again received tax and maintenance demand for this year which we again paid.. let us know when will 3 month end?

With reference to your tweet, the matter is still under process and has not yet been handed over, as consent from the Urban Development Department is still awaited.
