This will enable the commissioner to understand that bda official presenting more infrastructure is complete in the review meetings

Sir, Official issues of bda?! Issues if bda impacting public lives. Request in Review meetings presentation with drone view, videos, ppt from ground instead of verbal statements on work completion,discussion will help every stakeholders. Ground level validation make everyone more accountable.

All buffer zone shown as park which even animals can't use/stay. Other usable parks can be trimmed at any point of time to correct their mistake/ make more roads which they failed to plan earlier.

Despite paying full site value years ago, basic infrastructure like roads, electricity, is still not in place, making even planning for construction impossible. We request authorities to prioritize access roads and basic amenities immediately, so that site owners can start construction and utilize their sites.

All good parks will be deleted ,whom to help??

Respected @Captain_Mani72 Sir, Here are some facts for your kind attention: NPKL’s Missed Deadlines: Deadline Set By RERA: 2018, 2021 Deadline Set By Assembly Petition Committee: 2022, Nov 2023 BDA: Repeated assurance to complete by December every single year; latest Nov 2025 notification set March 31 deadline (2600 acres). We understand challenges like land acquisition, COVID, approvals, funding constraints, etc caused delays over the past 9 years;n Now bitumen supply issues. However, these constraints were not transparently communicated in review meetings. Till the last March-end review meeting, BDA said work would be completed or by March 31 by not revealing the ground realities. 👉 While asphalting has been largely completed a few portions are still pending. 👉 Electrification & street-light works are moving very slowly and may take several more months—despite earlier commitments to complete by March 31. We request BDA to tell us the ground reality and make an effort to understand the difficulties faced by site owners— loan repayment burden, monthly interest commitments, rental burden, and long wait of nine years. Request BDA to demonstrate the same level of transparency and cooperation that site owners have consistently shown.

I am told that there is shortage of bitumen in the market and hence the delay. The electrical work delay needs to be enquired. It would be done in the coming NPKL meeting by the BDA officials.

Hope by now report be made available to BDA. 2) A similar study by UVCE was conducted ~2 years ago, but the report is still not in the public domain. 👉 Request both reports be released at the earliest.
