I finally cancelled my Clay subscription.
(And before the "how do you live" comments start: I’m officially on the Free Plan now. Screenshot attached.)
I haven’t stopped using it.
I just stopped paying for it.
A year ago, this wouldn’t make sense.
Now?
Claude Code can handle a big chunk of what people were using Clay for.
→ Lead sourcing
→ Enrichment
→ Filtering
→ Basic workflows
All doable without paying for Clay.
Which raises a slightly uncomfortable question:
How many people are paying for Clay… out of habit?
And not necessity.
Because if you’re running things yourself…
You probably don’t need a paid plan anymore.
You can offload way more than you’d expect.
Things like:
→ lead sourcing, enrichment & qualification
→ personalization of messages
→ campaign top-ups into your sequencer of choice
Which means you’re not burning credits on every step.
That said…
This doesn’t mean Clay is “dead”.
It just means the role is changing.
Something that I Slacked Mohamed Chahin about this weekend.
So, I recorded a video explaining:
→ what the tech stack for 2026 looks like
→ where Clay can be replaced by Claude Code
→ where Clay cannot be replaced
→ how to decide if you need to explore the new tools like Claude Code
This is exactly how I’m running things right now.
If you want in:
Comment “STACK” and I’ll send it over.

this OpenClaw bot finds hotels with ugly listing photos, redrafts them as IG posts, and mails the owner a postcard...on autopilot.
here's how social-media agencies can use this system and land hotel clients:
- scrapes every hotel in a city in real time
- filters by review count + rating + last post date + photo quality
- pulls the strongest interior shot from the Google Maps listing
- samples the brand palette from the hotel's actual visual identity
- AI-redrafts the photo into a 1:1 brand-matched Instagram post
- writes a postcard quoting a real reviewer + the exact space
- mails it to the owner hand-addressed with a preview QR
every step from discovery to brand-matching to outreach is automated.
reply "HOTEL" + RT and I'll send you a free guide so you can build this too

GPT Images-2 can do a full ASTROLOGY reading about your past, current and future.
I had to give my birthdate, place and time.
And based on it's analysis, I can say it is 90% accurate - which is weirdly scary!
And no - I haven't been sharing any financial info or my life problems with GPT that it will have any context!
I think everyone should try it out if you do, share your responses below!

We just ranked a B2C SaaS brand inside ChatGPT.
• $620K in revenue
• 845% traffic growth
• All in 9 months
This is the biggest SEO opportunity since Google, and no one’s talking about it.
Buyers are rapidly moving to AI search platforms.
If you're not ranking in ChatGPT and Claude, your competitors are stealing your clicks.
I documented our entire process:
• How we turned 185 daily clicks into 1,750+ without touching paid ads
• Step-by-step breakdown of how we structure pages for both humans and search engines
• The internal linking system that quietly boosts rankings across your entire site
• The “non-branded domination” strategy that captures buyers before they know you exist
• The exact optimization layer that gets your brand cited inside tools like ChatGPT
• How to build topical authority without spamming 100 random blog posts
This is the only guide you need to unlock LLM SEO for your brand.

For the first time I'm dropping the free trial and moving to a lifetime offer
My logic:
This app is being distributed through paid ads. I want to recoup costs quicker. I don't want to wait for conversions of free trials.
I'll start at a low price and slowly build up from there. Finding that sweet point to make atleast $1 per sale.
If it costs me $11 to acquire a paying using then the lifetime price will be $12.
Get it to $1 and scale from there.
But:
There's a bit of a transition that needs to happen first:
I need the lifetime IAP to be approved. So it will sit beside the trial options for the next release. Then transition to the lifetime over the next few updates.
When I turn off the subscription I need to ensure the existing users (who have subscribed for a year) are still serviced. Or I cancel their annual subscription altogether and issue a refund.

this OpenClaw agent SELLS roof inspections on autopilot.
it watches hail radar 24/7, finds every $1M+ home in the storm path, and mails them a postcard with a satellite shot of their actual roof + a QR to a personalized video pitch by the next day
reply "HAIL" + RT and I'll send you the full guide so you can build this too (must be following so I can DM)

another client just hit 8 booked calls in our first week of sending
- 12,398 emails sent
- 594 replies (4.79% reply rate)
- 21 interested
- 8 booked onto calendar
this was a brand new campaign. first week + still testing scripts
while most agencies are spending 2-3 months "warming up" and "optimising" before booking a single call...
we launched and booked 8 in 7 days
the difference is infrastructure
- 300+ inboxes warmed and ready before we send a single email
- leads scraped fresh not pulled from apollo
- scripts written around the offer not copy pasted from a youtube video
- warm calling every positive reply within 10 minutes
thats why the reply rate is 4.79% in week one while most agencies sit at 0.3% lol
DM me "BUILD" if you want this setup for your agency - you ONLY pay for calls that show up

@adamlyttleapps New stats here for today+yesterday but no paying customers yet, just 2 trials,
Maybe I'll fix the paywall

English

@adamlyttleapps It took 4-5 days, the CPI was $3 on the first day but settled down in the next couple of days. We started with very low budgets - $20 a day.

Giving away the exact Custom Skills Folder we use inside Claude Code to write our cold email sequences at ColdIQ.
Trained on the same emails that have generated over $10M for our clients. Plus the master prompt we engineered to clone their buyer psychology.
I've tested every AI model for cold email. ChatGPT. Gemini. Grok. They all produce okay copy. But okay doesn't get replies.
Claude Code is the first one that changed that. It doesn't come off as AI. It comes off as your best AE on a good day.
How it works:
> Drop in a target website, a LinkedIn URL, or a detailed ICP
> It returns a 3-step outbound sequence
> Fully optimised for Instantly
> Under 45 seconds, start to finish
It feels conversational. Opens strong. Ready to launch in your campaigns.
Most people are still prompting ChatGPT to "write a cold email."
This is what running 7-figure outbound in the background actually looks like.

(must follow + RT for priority access)

Yesterday I sent my first 5 cold DMs as an Agency owner:
-3 of them replied
-one was not intrested, 2 of them were kinda interested
-Now I just need them to get on a call and close them(easier said than done)
That`s the results you get with cold DMs when you send DMs
-Personalized
-include upfront value
-short and straight to the point
-hook in the first line and more...
🎁If you want the whole formula just:

Lol I made a D100 prompting doc that you feed to a Claude project and it conducts the entire D100 process for you
> Find ICPs to target based on your service
> Find actual contacts in that ICP, pulled from LinkedIn
> Researches the prospect and their company - pulling from their website, blogs, social media
> Crafts outreach messaging, personalized to the prospect based on their research
> CREATES THE D100 DELIVERABLE FOR YOU !!!
Takes hours of dream 100 outreach and condenses it into a 10 minute process
Should I give this away?
