I also like and admire Angela Rayner but I agree with @LaindonFEMINIST about her and Andy Burnham. I don’t think either of them come anywhere close to Keir Starmer. Plus the media would tear them both to shreds.

I’m a huge fan of Angela Rayner. I think she’s fab. But she’s not better than Keir Starmer. She is great nationally but absolutely not internationally. I would not vote for her as leader She and Burnham have more confidence in their own abilities than voters do. Like Corbyn did.
