Actually, some of us grow up with unique desires. If a child isn’t harming anyone by acting gender-nonconforming, leave them alone. Bullying or stifling them will only cause severe psychological damage later in life. You have no evidence of parental action. The kid might naturally be inclined that way for all you know. I overcame my Christian childhood abuse.
