today i learned that these are technically 'pumpjacks', not 'oil derricks'. the derrick is the name of the structure that holds up the swinging arm component of the pumpjack. oil derrick is a synecdoche!

there is nothing like this game in the annals of Never Coming Out history. when this trailer released people were astonished that the game was finally ready to show something after 14 years. that was NINE years ago. it's taken so long to come out that the original director DIED.

And yes he was wrong because his whole thing was “it’s the apocalypse, the world is over, I’m gonna procreate with this girl I liked in my bunker with me” the movie is about one baby alien that crash landed in one city
