Asia, Europe, UK and the Americas are as ethnically diverse as Africa. Ethnic diversity is and ought to be a source of strength rather than weakness. Tribalism in Africa was engineered by Europeans, Americans and Zionists after Europe partitioned Africa, divided ethnic communities, created artificial rivalries, weaknesses, shortages and conflicts over resources and political power, and manipulated the situation to perpetuate their dominance. What Africa lacks is liberation from the ills and enemies identified above and the attainment of political and economic unity under a revolutionary order.
