I've broken down $2.8 billion in revenue from 11 DTC giants. 40,000+ ads analyzed. 40 hours of deep research. Here's what I discovered: These companies are dominating because they've mastered 5 core principles: → They trigger emotions, not logic → Their messaging is surprisingly simple → They leverage UGC over professional content → Their landing page strategy is methodical → They test creatives relentlessly The data reveals something fascinating: The highest-performing ads across all 11 brands share an almost identical framework. I've compiled the data from 40,000+ ads into a detailed spreadsheet + summary doc + a deeper breakdown of most of these brand. You’ll see what’s working for the big consumer companies—so you can apply it to your brand (in any industry). Want a copy? 1. Like this post 2. Comment "ads" This is one of the most valuable resources I’ve ever shared. PS - I'm also including my personal swipe file of the 50 highest-converting ads from this research.

Most people don’t know how to research with AI. That's why I built a Deep Researcher Mega-Prompt that automates research like a pro. Now copy and paste this prompt in ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Grok, or Perplexity and make it your personal research assistant. Like + comment "Mega" and I’ll DM it to you. (Must be following me)

My favorite line from the UpWorker “It's your mistake that you should stop or end the contract if you don't need any work”. It was our fault for leaving our door unlocked. He claimed he used the 4-6 hours a day to "checking pixel was tracking". 😂

@pmarca This list has been solid. I left my home in Kyiv last week. So, so, so sad seeing this unfold. This list does the best job so far of giving a realistic picture vs what our friends who are on the ground are experiencing. twitter.com/i/lists/149432…

1/ Is content “complicated”? Short answer: yes. Long answer: no, but … (1) Context matters (2) Goals matter more (3) Strategy aligned with the funnel (sales) + a qualified audience (SEO and product-market fit) + retention metrics (reciprocal LTV) is rare AF.

@KovachR Nice man, I think the missing piece that CRM nails is cleaning the list for things like refunds and less attractive finance orders etc if the economics aren't as warm. A nice combo is negative CRM shitty audience LAL paired with positive pixel audiences.
