Yeah but if you study that, nitrosamines are also present from vegetable nitrates. However the claim is that vitamin C from plants supposedly neutralizes the alleged harmful effects. So if you have good vitamin C levels already, the nitrosamines aren't going to harm you anyway even if that's true. This scare mongering is all plant-based religious dogma. The plant toxins are doing more harm than the supposed nutrition you hardly absorb from them. We are carnivores as a species!
