@Playoffcity Bumping with your hand is a push off, also the arm doesnt have to extended, just like your feet dont have to be set to draw a charge. You dont know ball

@MWilsn You can use your off hand to give a bump. It’s not against the rules. When it becomes straight out that’s when it’s a push off

We have to know that this isn’t a push off. A bunch of ball knowledge is TERRIBLE, you go based off of what YOU think is a foul rather than the RULES. A push off is when the arm (like a stiff arm in football) is fully out. AS CHILDREN we are taught to have a guard arm up we can use this arm to protect or shield the ball.
