@petergyang Also looks like in your commenters are doing the same. Built 2-line shim code for Claude.md file to agents.md. And built agnostic .agents/skills/ as source of truth for skills.

@petergyang I too was frustrated and so built an agnostic IDE structure so I can go back and forth between my repo using codex or CC. Loses some IDE-specific nuances but works pretty smoothly thus far for 2 weeks.

It's pretty annoying that Codex uses agents.md and Claude Code uses Claude.md. There should be some industry standards to this stuff?

"The jury is still out for treatment with arginine therapy." — Dr. @claudiarmorris1 The #PECARN STArT trial — a double-blind RCT testing IV arginine for sickle cell pain crises in children and young adults — was stopped early after an interim analysis suggested the primary endpoint was unlikely to be met. But Dr. Morris isn't ready to close the book on the drug. Here's why 👇 🔗 hcplive.com/view/pecarn-st… #SPARC #PECARN #PediatricEmergencyMedicine #EmergencyMedicine #SickleCell

#NewBlogPost Most sepsis screening tools identify kids who already have sepsis, or who are already suspected of infection. That's useful — but it's not early enough. This @PECARN model predicts who will develop sepsis in the next 48 hours, across the general ED population, before clinical suspicion even forms. Earlier signal ➡️ earlier intervention ➡️ better outcomes. The biology hasn't changed. The tooling has. @JBelferMD @ERAlpernMD @FranBalamuth pecarn.org/pecarn_news/on… #PRIME #PEMNEWS #PediatricEmergencyMedicine #Pediatric #EmergencyMedicine #SEPSIS

Same disease. Same pain crisis. Same type of hospital. One child goes home in 28 hours. Another stays nearly 6 days. A new secondary analysis from the #PECARN STArT trial — the largest pediatric sickle cell pain crisis trial enrollment to date — found that *where* a child receives care may matter as much as *how sick they are*. The findings are worth a close read. 🔗 pecarn.org/pecarn_news/sa… #SPARC #PediatricEmergencyMedicine #Pediatric #SickleCell

@andrii_rom So far so good but it’s only been 1 week. I only need basic stats since I’m in the education space. Will check out Swetrix!

@M_Lin How do you like Umami so far? And have you researched other alternatives as well? I'm asking because I'm running Swetrix - a Umami alternative, would love to hear your opinion swetrix.com/comparison/uma…

I spent 10 years frustrated with Google Analytics, never once asking: "Is there another way?" 🤔 Switched to self-hosted Umami. Clean dashboard. My data. No ad blockers stealing accuracy. The aha moment wasn't finding the alternative—it was learning ... michellelinmd.com/blog/google-an…

... I wrote about it — and I'm now building in public. Follow along to see what happens when a non-coder stops waiting for permission.

For years I had more ideas than I could build. No coding skills, no collaborators available at 2am after night shifts. That was the ceiling. Then I started using AI as a building partner. The ceiling is gone. 🔓 I wrote about it — and I'm now buildi... michellelinmd.com/blog/the-ceili…

@cianmcdermott Haha, I've resolved to be an awkward learner in the AI and vibecoding space to evolve. I've been building an "operating system" for my personal and professional projects. Happy new year!

For years I built one-off, simple, no-code tools that worked but at a cost— jerry-rigged spreadsheets, screenshot-filled instruction manuals, workarounds I'd forget in 3 months. The missing piece wasn't another app. It was memory. 🧠 michellelinmd.com/blog/2026-01-1…
