@M_Quinton5 I had the same issue was with @BellMobility for over 20 years & they did nothing for me for any loyalty to try to keep me & had some major issues where they didn’t honour a quote they had given me so I had it @telusmobility took way better care of me & better service!

16 years with the same phone provider and a store mistake costs me money... an hour on the phone and I’m told they “value me” but will do nothing... time to change phone providers I guess @Rogers
