Many people will tell you how rude you are Only a few people will take the pain to sit down and ask what made you so bitter🥀❤️

The older I get, the more I realize it’s perfectly ok to tell nobody what’s coming for you. Disappear for a few years and come back crushing it. Don’t say a word to anyone about plans or progress. Grow in silence. Work without validation. Normalize the silent rise. It’s special.

Exercise not just strengthens the body, it strengthens your will power also. Every day when you push yourself to exercise, you show yourself that you have control over yourself and what you do. Perhaps this is a big part of the reason that it boosts mental health too.

Podcasts. Reels. Content. It’s all opium. Line is blurred between asking the ‘why’ question & being sedated with ‘why not’. Millions consuming hours of content daily with zero retention, zero application, zero transformation. Are you learning anything? F*ck no. You are scrolling through intellectual cosplay, swallowing the false pride of consumption == growth. @prvkhvr reflection is exactly this. He was not trying to defend a narrative, he was trying to open your eyes. Content without intent is neurological poison. Your brain cannot distinguish mindless podcast binging from substance abuse. Same dopamine loops. Same avoidance patterns. Same illusion of productivity while life stagnates. ‘Consumption itself becomes the accomplishment’. This is addiction disguised as self-improvement. Indian audiences specifically consume for entertainment masked as education. 3hr podcasts become background white noise. You retain nothing. Apply nothing. But feel intellectually superior because you “stay informed.” Your watchlist has one more check-done. Hollow vessels. If you cannot articulate, implement or forge ahead what you learned, you wasted time. Intentional consumption transforms. Mindless consumption numbs. Indian audience has this bad habit of shooting the messenger and defying the message. Prakhar is onto change that. I support him. Not Just him bringing back pre-2022 content era, but carving a path for intellectual conversationalist like us to build global content & community. Thank you, brother.

The ultimate solution to procrastination... it's incredibly simple, but too uncomfortable for most people to actually do.

there is a version of yourself that must die tonight. the one who waits, the one who doubts, the one who starts, then stops. the one who dreams, but does nothing about it. that version of you has been given too much time, too much comfort, and too much power. and if you do not destroy him tonight, he will destroy everything you came here to become. you know him well. he makes promises, then breaks them. he speaks of greatness but lives in hesitation. he fears criticism, blames the world, and explains failure. he walks in the costume of potential but has never once stepped into it. he has robbed you of years, maybe decades. he has wasted opportunities, silenced your will, turned you into a coward, and invited fear into your house. and tonight, he dies. not by chance but by decision.

Control your mornings, and the day bends in your favor. Control your attention, and your life bends in your favor. Everything outside of discipline is manipulation; the world profits from your distraction. You profit from your structure.

The older I get, the more I realize you can get pretty damn far in life by just doing what most people avoid. Wake up early. Focus deeply. Move your body. Eat real foods. Obsess over one thing. Read old books. Be present. Have difficult conversations. The recipe for a good life.

my favourite quote from atomic habits by James clear; "It doesn't make sense to continue wanting something if you're not willing to do what it takes to get it. If you don't want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire. To crave the result but not the process, is to guarantee disappointment"
