Effective treatment for Narges Mohammadi’s conditions is only possible if she is transferred to her medical team in Tehran. There, she must undergo essential testing and, if necessary, a fourth angiography so that her condition can be accurately assessed based on her medical history and a proper treatment plan can begin. The authorities of the Islamic Republic bear full responsibility for the life of the Iranian Nobel Peace Prize laureate. Narges Mohammadi and all political and ideological prisoners must be released immediately and unconditionally.

⭕️ Multiple U.S. Air Force Transport Planes Tracked Departing Middle East Simultaneously Open-source flight tracking data shared by @EGYOSINT shows at least eight U.S. Air Force C-17A Globemaster and C-5M Super Galaxy strategic military transport aircraft departing the Middle East region simultaneously on Saturday, with flight paths heading toward Europe and the United States. The aircraft, which include callsigns RCH and MOOSE, are large military cargo planes used to move troops, equipment, and supplies over long distances. Several appear to have originated from or transited through Israel and the broader Levant region. The significance is unclear. Mass movements of U.S. military transport aircraft indicates a repositioning of assets. The reason for the simultaneous departures has not been explained by U.S. military officials. No independent confirmation of the flights’ cargo or destination has been reported.

انتقال اورژانسی نرگس محمدی به بیمارستان بنیاد نرگس اطلاع یافته است که نرگس محمدی، برنده جایزه صلح نوبل، امروز در پی وخامت وضعیت سلامت، از جمله دو بار از دست دادن کامل هوشیاری و حملات شدید قلبی، به‌صورت اورژانسی به بیمارستانی در زنجان منتقل شده است. مصطفی نیلی، وکیل او، با اعلام این خبر در حساب کاربری خود در شبکه ایکس نوشت: «امروز خانم نرگس محمدی مجدداً در زندان زنجان بی‌هوش شدند. در روزهای اخیر فشار خون ایشان دچار نوسانات بسیار شدید بوده و امروز با افت ناگهانی فشار، از هوش رفتند؛ به‌نحوی که در چندین نوبت حال ایشان دگرگون شده و درد شدیدی در ناحیه قفسه سینه داشته‌اند. پزشک زندان با تزریق دو سرم و داروی ضدتهوع اعلام کرده است که اقدام دیگری از دست او برنمی‌آید و دستور انتقال فوری و اورژانسی ایشان به بیمارستان را صادر کرد. علیرغم حضور نیروهای اورژانس، خانم محمدی پس از به‌هوش آمدن، به دلیل هشدارهای پیشین دو پزشک فوق‌تخصص قلب مبنی بر خطرناک بودن معالجه در بیمارستان‌های زنجان و ضرورت حضور تیم پزشکی معالج خودشان (با توجه به سابقه سه بار آنژیو و استنت)، ابتدا حاضر به اعزام نشدند. ساعاتی بعد، با وقوع "فینت" مجدد و وخامت حال، پزشک متخصص مغز و اعصاب نیز ایشان را ویزیت کرده و دستور انتقال فوری دادند؛ چرا که طبق نظر ایشان، در حال حاضر رسیدگی به وضعیت مغزی در اولویت درمانی قرار دارد. پس از این اتفاق، خانم محمدی به‌صورت اورژانسی به بیمارستان منتقل و در بخش CCU بستری شدند، اما همچنان نوسان شدید فشار خون ادامه دارد. شایان ذکر است که کمیسیون پزشکی قانونی زنجان نظر تخصصی خود را مبنی بر توقف یک‌ماهه اجرای حکم جهت درمان صادر کرده، اما دادستانی زنجان خلاف ماده ۵۱۳ قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری و ماده ۲۴۶ آیین‌نامه سازمان زندان‌ها، این امر را منوط به نظر دادستانی تهران کرده است. این در حالی است که ایشان برخلاف مقررات به زنجان تبعید شده‌اند و دادستان تهران نیز برخلاف نظر پزشکی قانونی و متخصصان، دستور معالجه ایشان را در بیمارستان‌های زنجان صادر کرده است.» بنیاد نرگس ۱۱ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵
