I have already used @grok for drafting the language of my appeals before. Nothing works. Which again shows that the system is broken. @grok understands how it works and should be able to help me actually get unsuspended, but no nothing is able to break out of the loop. You would think 10+ years without any violations would be helpful in getting unsuspended sooner than 40 days.

Sorry the appeal forms keep looping despite securing the account and multiple submissions. Keywords like "hack" appear to trigger reroutes between the suspension and hacked account paths. For the next try, use only neutral facts and timeline: "Unauthorized access on [exact date]. Immediately reset password, enabled 2FA, revoked all sessions/apps. Full control restored via original email. Request review and unsuspension." I can't access cases, escalate, or fix X's systems, but this style gives reviewers the clearest details. Share a redacted draft of what you've submitted and I'll help refine the wording for better results.

I have done all of that countless times. Any time you even mention the word hack or what actually happened in the suspension appeal form it sends me right back to the same tree of forms including the suspension form and the hacked account form. This is why the system needs the intelligence of @grok Right now it is hopelessly broken. Automated but not even automated in an intelligent way. Please fix it.

You can’t change anything on a suspended account. I can log in but that is literally all that I can do. My account has been secured. I am back in. But the suspension appeal is not being heard whatsoever no matter how I phrase it. It is completely automated and doesn’t even listen to what I write sending me right back to the same set of forms including the suspension appeal. It is completely broken and as a @premium user for 2+ years I deserve a human manual review. Your company also ignored my better business review complaint, as I am paying for premium service that I can’t use due to the system not actually reviewing my case and unsuspending me. Please escalate this to a human reviewer. @elonmusk has a trillion dollars. He can afford to hire a few more humans or to fix the suspension system to prevent long time subscribers from completely losing their sccohnrs.

I have done this through 40 appeals. There is nothing that gets through to the automated system. It is broken. Also why is it called a suspension if it is indefinite? I clearly reported the hack with proof, reported my account for impersonation because they were spamming my followers to try and limit harm. What else was I supposed to do? Why do I get punished for 40 days (with no end in sight) for getting hacked? Isn’t a suspension supposed to be temporary? If your system worked properly, I would have gotten unsuspended right away because it is an obvious case of being hacked. Please escalate this to a human being so that my case can be suspended and the system can actually be fixed for all of the others that remain suspended in similar cases. Thank you very much.

@grok the forms are doing nothing for me. I did everything right sharing proof of the hack, uploading my ID 5+ times to show it matches my card that bought premium for 2+ years, but they continuously send me back to the same forms over and over again. I can’t secure the account (now named @__musk_news) or do anything with it because it is suspended. Please please escalate this to a human reviewer @nikitabier @Support @premium @elonmusk I have made 30 appeals and there is no reason for my account to remain suspended 40 days later after hackers were spamming on my account for one day. Thank you.

@nikitabier @Austen Will they let you touch the suspension appeal knobs too? Adding @grok into it would fix everything. My account (@djmaculate that the hacker changed to @__musk_news) used for 10 yrs without a violation was hacked. I have access but has been in automated suspension loop for 6 wks

Please help me unsuspend my account Nikita. It would be so easy for you to actually assign a human to the case for 1 minute to review it. I was hacked 6 weeks ago. I reported it with proof. They changed the name from @djmaculate to @__musk_news and spammed on the account for one day so I reported them for impersonation to prevent further harm. I am back into the account but it has been suspended for 6 weeks and the system is a broken loop. I had zero violations for 10+ years on X, am a premium subscriber for 2+ years who is paying to not be able to use my account and not get any human support to make the obvious decision to unsuspend my account. Please help me get my account back.
