Cold pan, skin down. You want the fat from the skin torender. Cook it about 75% on that side, flip it. Quick sear, pan should be rippin hot now. Finish for like 3 mins in a 400 degree oven

Render the fat
Slow cook the legs in the fat
Dry the breasts in the fridge for a few days
Pan sear the beasts to a nice Medium with a bit of Pink in the center
I perfer fruity gastrique based sauces with my Duck like Orange or Cherry sauce

Global systems need high uptime with secure data fidelity. With bad actors ECC makes fraudulent entry more difficult.
Avax makes custom ECC rails cheap.
