@McFlybowy I don’t think that’s the case, not every team can spend 100m on a player every window. That’s how city got the 115 FC. It’s not even a sustainable

The whole league will allow Manchester City replace Bernardo Silva with Elliot Anderson nd later reduce it to “they’re just spending money,” like squad building is some kind of crime. That’s the part people ignore. It’s not just about spending, almost every top club spends. The difference is recruitment quality and timing. City rarely wait until there’s a visible decline before acting. They identify when a player is approaching a certain age, when the physical level might start dropping, or when a tactical refresh is needed, and they move early. That’s why the machine barely slows down. Other clubs get emotionally attached to players or delay obvious decisions for 2-3 extra seasons, then suddenly need 5 positions at once and spend even more trying to fix years of neglect. City replacing key players one by one is what keeps them stable. One summer it’s a midfielder, next summer maybe a fullback, then a winger. No chaos, no panic buys, just gradual evolution. So when people say “they’re only winning because of money,” it oversimplifies it. Money gives you access, sure but smart succession planning is what keeps you at the top. Plenty of clubs have money and still spend like they’re shopping with a blindfold on. Anderson delivered a master class to push Nottingham Forest closer to the Europa Final, 62passes with 91% accuracy, 2 key passes, 4/5 long balls, 2 interceptions, 3 tackles and won 7/9 ground duels. It’s just a normal day for him, imagine what he will do in a better environment.

Lagos Airport fixed. This administration is finally getting it right. Two terms isn't enough to totally fix Nigeria. However, this is like a chain reaction that will trickle down & that's gonna propel the motion to eventually change this country forever. Give Tinubu more time!!

This is crazy!!! I just moved into this estate two days ago.. Today a woman came to my flat to tell me about their "recognition fee" According to her, once a new tenant moves in, he or she is expected to pay the sum of ₦250,000 as "tenant recognition fee" The ₦250,000 will be used to buy drinks and gifts to officially welcome the tenant. Neither the agent or landlord told me this when I paid my rent.. So after paying the sum of ₦1,700,000 as rent fee, I will still have to pay hungry tenant another ₦250,000 I reported it to the agent and he said it's none of his business "they have rules, follow it" The self acclaimed estate vise president said I will be disassociated if I don't pay it.. Please what will you do if you are the one cause this is crazy!!..?? Is that how you people that are living in estate do? This is my first time moving into estate.. Somebody talk to me please....

I’m giving Amad one more season, but that’s it. I’m sorry but he’s been at the club for 6 years now. We’ve blamed managers, we’ve blamed formations… who are we going to blame next? He’s not a kid anymore, he’s turning 24. He needs to have a better decision making, score goals, get assists and decide games. Dribbling is for street football, real football requires much more than that and he’s just not delivering. Next season, he needs to establish himself as one of the main players otherwise we could be looking at another Rashford type situation, where one good season is followed by two or three that are average at best.

@SudotechLimited @yabaleftonline That’s the issue, that’s around 300-400k per meter for 3 phase and around 200-300k for single phase. That is supposed to be FREE, FREE!! Where would the landlord get that money from? It’ll still go back to the tenants to pay for a meter they’re not allowed to leave with??

Exactly. If you want stable electricity in Nigeria now, all landlords in the community must mandate each one to buy meters. After that, go to NEPA and inform them that you need Band A and all houses now have meters. You will start having light. There is stable electricity in Band A groups.

Interviewer: “People complain you didn’t give them electricity, suddenly you people will only provide 1 hour of electricity for them. How does that work?" NEPA official in Bayelsa State: “The way the people use the light is the problem. Once they see light, they will turn on their freezer, washing machine, pumping machine, and other electric appliances. Energy they should consume in one week, they will consume it in just one hour.”

🚨 NEW: Manchester United hope to cover the cost of their top midfield signing this summer with funds raised through DEPARTURES - potentially between £80m and £90m - to leave the bulk of the transfer budget available to sign another midfielder, a left-winger and possibly a centre-back or full-back. #MUFC [@RobDawsonESPN, @MarkOgden_]

When we say women are doing unpaid labour and unappreciated labour, people like you will call us mad women. In many homes, women cook, clean, take care of the children, drive the children to school, do market runs, help the children with their homework etc. All of these things are actual jobs worked by actual people. Now imagine you had to pay for all of these things. You would be paying a chef, a housekeeper, a driver and a private tutor. You would be paying FOUR different professionals heavily for something that you claim is nothing and costs nothing. Women work hard. Women have always worked hard. The issue is that this labour goes unpaid and unappreciated. And women like you are one of the reasons why it is so.
Victoria Olamide👸😍❤️@VikyInsights

Everything women demand from a man costs money. -Provision costs money. -Protection costs money. -Leadership costs money. -Performance costs money. Everything men ask from a woman costs nothing. -Respect. -Peace. -Loyalty. -Softness. And somehow, what costs nothing is still called "too much" BY MODERN FEMINISTS. 🥺

Ikeja Electric was hacked through a profile photo upload form. The threat actor exploited an Unrestricted File Upload vulnerability on their Smart Warehousing Inventory Management System, uploaded a webshell, and had remote access within minutes. From there, he moved through their network, finding passwords stored in plain text, using them to access internal systems, and eventually cracking the domain admin password. Gaining full control in four days. He then exploited an unpatched VMware vCenter server—software from 2018, never updated—and according to him, deployed ransomware across 50+ hosts, taking down metering software across their systems. I’ve published a full analysis of what I’m now calling cyber-terrorism against Nigerian critical infrastructure, along with a practical advisory for affected individuals, organisations, and regulators. securityintelligence.substack.com/p/a-security-a…

@TDeisine All these tales are lies, rooted in emotions rather than truth, money is d greatest divide in marriages nt sex. Many women who could leave only stay cos dey still want the same lifestyle that the man provides by leveraging the kids. If u can’t care for the kids y take them.

If there is one thing most women hate to admit is that sex is the currency they pay for provision. The fastest was to crumble a marriage/relationship is to remove sex. This is seen mostly in cases of divorce, illness, postpartum. We have read several stories of women staying in marriages because they are too financially handicapped to leave. Funny how most of these women can take care of themselves, the problem is the children. Most women know that once they leave that marriage, the man automatically stops providing for the kids. They are not emotionally present in that marriage, but they have to keep providing sex and labor so he can provide funds. Many terminally ill women will lose their husbands within the first year of treatment, why do you think that is? Once sex is out of reach for most men, the care disappears. Husbands have been caught in the hospital trying to have sex with their wives who just put to bed, do you think those women were ready for sex? They simply want to keep the provider happy, sex is the currency they pay. Women have returned back to the hospital with reopened stitches during postpartum due to sex, do you actually think they wanted to go through that pain? But if they refuse, how else will they pay for care and provision? Ask 1000 men if they can stay married without sex because their wife is not able to participate at that time, you will get your answer. Women have traded sex for security, provision, status etc for years, denying that now is funny.
Deisine@TDeisine

Sex whether when married or single is transactional. Don’t be fooled.

@SudotechLimited @yabaleftonline If there’s prepaid meter, then it’s not their problem, I pay for what I use. If I choose to use 1m worth of power, I’m to pay for it. The issue is that prepaid meters that should be free is around half a million naira, so many people are still on the old meter. That’s the issue

Pray to God against socialism and communism. Socialism and communism is what destroyed the black south african man The whites in SA are capitalists and are being productive. The blacks wants a welfare state. How do you want a welfare state on Zero productivity? The little socialism Nigeria experienced is what damaged us to this point. Especially Northern Nigeria That is the reason you will see a Nigerian who believes the government is supposed to take full responsibility of their housing and kids because "We have crude oil" Curse socialism and communism No Nation became great on the backs of those two nonsense ideologies

The funny part is either PSG or Bayern Munich can't beat Arsenal in the final.. Arsenal defense is solid unlike the porous PSG and Bayern defense and again Arteta won't play football with either Kompany or Luis Enrique, Arteta will slow the game down and reduce it to nothing.. Arsenal defense will do the bulk of the job and get Arsenal the victory.. Jsyk, If Arsenal get past Atletico Madrid, Arsenal will WIN the champions league....

No Manchester United player with 10 league goals this season, it’s actually a thing to worry about, next season they will add more workload, take Bruno Fernandes out of the team and the team crumbles. They need smart recruitment, first a Bruno Fernandes replacement, then followed by a Striker and a solid Midfielder. They’re far from competing more than they think.

There’s every justification to fund this project with a Loan. As long as we’re using the funds “judiciously and responsibly” for these projects, there’s no issue. Infact, based on TVM, borrowing today for this project allows you to repay the loan with cheaper future money. Most importantly, almost every nation built a substantial part of their infrastructure with several forms of debt financing.
Theprolificthobby@TobiAjayi15

This Badagry–Sokoto Expressway ongoing project is being funded by a loan, not money from subsidized fuel or taxes. Loan. It’s good to develop our roads, but I don’t encourage using borrowed money to do that. Every loan has future implications. The debt we're into due to this project is over half a billion dollars, do you think this project is worth the debt? 🤔 For any Real Estate consultation, reach out to me 🤝🏾

KDB is better than Bruno Fernandes at every aspect of football and it’s actually not close. The only aspect of football Bruno comes closes is work of the ball and defensively.
s@exfootballfan

Hot take: Bruno as a playmaker is clear of KdB but KdB has some of the craziest assists the game has ever seen so the idea of him looks greater Bruno has way more variation in his creation, can create from any angle on the pitch & his invention is the best we’ve seen from a #10.
