6 years ago, I sat in a meeting room watching executives argue about a loyalty program. “What if we made it decentralized?” someone suggested. That spark led me to dive into blockchain—not for the hype or speculative trends, but to solve real business problems. The next chapter came when I met with Cleevio’s founders. They had built a successful Web2 product development company and were looking to expand in the blockchain industry. It made perfect sense to all of us. And just like that, CleevioX was born. We started small—just a handful of passionate people with big ideas building our blockchain division. Today, CleevioX has grown to a team of over 40 talented individuals, launching 45+ projects across DeFi, gaming, and recently crypto AI agents. Last year, we hit $3M in revenue, working with clients who’ve scaled from zero to billions in volume. I’ll be sharing these stories here—the midnight deployments, difficult client conversations, failed experiments, and breakthroughs that shaped our journey. I promise you no sugar-coating, just real experiences from building in digital space.

Most founders pick their Web3 dev partner based on price, timeline, and how many logos are on the website. The real question: will this team tell you when something doesn't make sense? We've shipped 47+ products across Ethereum, Base, Solana, Sui, and TON. Building digital products since 2014. Web3 since 2021. Our CEO Ondrej is at @EthereumDenver this week and happy to share what's been working (and what hasn't) from those launches over a quick chat. Booking link below 👇

We're heading to @SolanaConf 🇦🇪 Our team worked on Solana products across RWAs (@onrefinance), trading tools (@fatty_io), and consumer apps (@runwago). If you're building something ambitions on Solana next year meet Ondrej in Abu Dhabi.

After 100+ crypto pitch meetings, I've noticed a pattern: Founders optimize for what VCs say they want (tokenomics, TAM, tech) But they actually invest based on what's unsaid (founder DNA, market timing, unfair advantages) Start optimizing for the real triggers.

I agree completely. A strong brand is the gravity that pulls everything else in. We used this exact approach for rebranding SatoshiLabs. The steps were simple but effective: 1. Identify core values first 2. Create visuals that tell a story, not just look nice 3. Align messaging with what they actually deliver 4. Build consistency across all touchpoints Here’s the full story for anyone interested: linkedin.com/pulse/how-sato…

Things every web3 founder needs • Funding. • Great talent. • Solid community. Build a brand and you'll attract all these.

Don't you feel like we are over-engineering products in crypto? Building products outside of crypto taught me that simple often beats smart: - Dropbox: Store files - Uber: Get a ride - Telegram: Send messages Sucesfull crypto products are the same: - Polymarket: Prediction betting - Pump.fun: Create memecoins - Lido: Stake tokens We should stop asking "what else can we add?" and start asking "what can we remove?"

Tired of seeing great people leave for better offers? Here's what I learned building CleevioX: Don't wait for your top performers to get outside offers. Recognize them first. Give them more trust, responsibility, and upside before someone else does. The moment they need another offer to prove their worth, you've already failed as a leader. Small things matter: structured feedback, performance bonuses, anything that makes their work more comfortable. When people feel truly seen, they build with you, not just for you. What recognition methods work best in your company?

The most valuable lesson I've learned in crypto? Trust and honesty > Legal paperwork. Every time. I have to give huge respect to @CryptoDetonator and @thecryptomonk for this lesson. When partnerships work, it's rarely because of perfect contracts. It's because of trust.

The reality is that blockchain dev has too many friction points. When we can cut a 4-hour task down to 10 minutes, we deliver better value to clients while keeping our team focused on solving real challenges. These things make me happy. Real solutions that save time and deliver value. Will share more that actually work for us.

We just tried Junie AI assistant from @JetBrains in IntelliJ IDEA for a project on @solana. Result? Built a chain event indexing POC for our client in 10 minutes instead of 3-4 hours. These are the kinds of tools that let us do more in less time. Not just incremental gains but complete workflow shifts. It's still in early access, but our backend team is evaluating for permanent adoption. Will share insights.

We committed to 50% faster delivery by making AI mandatory across our company. It’s not enough to develop it just for our clients. We’re implementing it everywhere, from development to sales to marketing. One of my first personal goals in implementing AI is to have company data available in a second. Then allocations and planning will be done by agents. I’ll share insights as we progress.

The most underrated skill for any aspiring crypto marketer? Simplicity Leonardo da Vinci called it “the ultimate sophistication" Steve Jobs said, “Simple can be harder than complex” Einstein warned, “If you can’t explain it, you don’t understand it” Great marketers don’t just execute—they sell a strategy. Complexity loses people. Simplicity wins them. Master this, and you’ll always be ahead

We are currently developing and testing the @runwago app, so I gave it a try over the weekend. It’s an interesting concept and I like their approach - they’ve built a sustainable business that rewards users for their efforts. What stands out? Their focus on gamification rather than complicated tokens or NFTs. It’s playful while offering real utility. Users can back their own success in challenges and earn cash from those who didn’t complete theirs - similar to cashback but with a self-improvement angle. And we know cashback is consistently one of the most popular perks across e-commerce and FMCG. This is how blockchain adoption actually happens - when utility meets fun meets real incentives. Looking forward to testing it more during Prague half marathon this weekend.

@AnettRolikova Yea, I have the same observation. "Can we do a fork of XYZ with different colors?" Stoped doing this long time ago.

Funny how everyone keeps saying now is the best time to launch something bold and refreshing, yet no one’s actually doing it. All the recent ‘new’ projects are just the same old ideas deployed on a different chain, hoping to become the next meta.
