@Scheetkoning @Tgarratt10 @AdamMcKola Agree on that from a purely common sense approach it shouldn’t be a goal, but in this case the rule is fairly black and white in how it’s worded, it probably would be better if it was somewhat “grey” so it could be interpreted differently and then that goal isn’t given.

@Mackorous @Tgarratt10 @AdamMcKola The law is not black and white and in most cases up for interpretation. Who defines "natural position" for example. Common sense needs to prevail in these instances and everybody with 2 brain cells knows this goal should not stand

@Tgarratt10 @AdamMcKola It’s not an argument of did the referee get it wrong, cause as per the laws of the game he didn’t. Disagreeing with the law is a completely different thing. The referee got it right, but the rule is stupid. Can’t blame the ref for that.

@StokeyyG2 And the referee is technically right, the fact he was sent to the screen was ridiculous. The ball came off his thigh then onto his arm accidentally, the rule is that if the ball comes off any other part of your body then onto your arm accidentally it’s not a foul.

For a decision he got 100% correct. So many people are looking at this blinded by their hate for Celtic. See stuff like “former pros and pundits” name one non biased person that looks at that and says not a penalty. It was an extremely brave call but ultimately got it right.
