@OliverDowden Can I also highlight, once again, that I am a member of the Venues Working Group developing stage 5 of the return of indoor performances and have never heard of Operation Sleeping Beauty.

@OliverDowden For this to work the government needs to change position and ‘reward’ operators who implement measures to mitigate risk with permitted higher capacity. As it stands, a highly ventilated & protected, fully tested, audience is as restricted as one without any additional measures.
