Our military bases in Europe are an artifact of the aftermath of WW2 and during the Cold War. NATO is obsolete.

olin Tampereella vappuna. Jugendtorilla oli Sinimustan liikkeen järjestämä Valkoinen vappu. Sitä häiriköimässä oli sekalainen lauma roskasakkia.
Tiedustelen, miksi poliisi ei hajottanut häiriköiden "vastamielenosoitusta", vaan antoi heidän häiriköidä täysin vapaasti. Miksi poliisi ei noudata kokoontumislain 4 §:ää ja 21 §:ää? Jos vaikkapa Li Andersson pitäisi jossain vappupuheita, voisinko järjestää porukan heittelemään häntä kananmunilla, hätäsoihduilla ja punaisella maalilla, ja samaan aikaan hakkaisin rumpuja?
Kokoontumislaki 21 § (Laki yleisistä kokouksista, 530/1999) antaa poliisille oikeuden hajottaa yleinen kokous (kuten mielenosoitus), jos:
- Kokousta ei ole etukäteen ilmoitettu poliisille (21 § 1 mom.).
- Kokous aiheuttaa huomattavaa haittaa yleiselle järjestykselle tai turvallisuudelle, estää liikennettä tai loukkaa muiden oikeuksia (21 § 2 mom.).
Tampereen tilanne:
- Ilmoittamattomuus: Vastamielenosoitusta ei ollut etukäteen ilmoitettu poliisille, toisin kuin Sinimustan Liikkeen tapahtuma. Tämä täyttää 21 §:n 1 momentin kriteerin, joten poliisilla oli oikeus hajottaa vastamielenosoitus pelkästään tämän perusteella.
- Haitta yleiselle järjestykselle: Vastamielenosoittajat heittivät munia ja hätäsoihtuja, tukkivat liikennettä ja yrittivät tunkeutua Sinimustan Liikkeen varaamalle alueelle. Nämä toimet aiheuttivat häiriöitä ja vaaransivat turvallisuutta, mikä täyttää 21 §:n 2 momentin kriteerit (huomattava haitta yleiselle järjestykselle ja turvallisuudelle, liikenteen estäminen).

Riksdagen just passed tough new citizenship laws – and they kick in on our National Day, June 6th. 👌
We’re done with the old “5 years and you’re in” system, especially when so many lived off benefits the whole time.
Now: 8 years residency minimum.
You’ve got to support yourself with a real job, speak proper Swedish, understand our values and society, and live a clean, law-abiding life.
Swedish citizenship is now a PRIVILEGE you EARN – not some automatic right provided in a corn flakes box.
After too many years of failed mass immigration and parallel societies, we’re finally restoring the true value of being Swedish.
To the rest of Western Europe:
Be like Sweden 😎
