The Tennessee congressman told the Planet Tyrus podcast that unelected defense officials are stonewalling congressional oversight, with staffers even claiming the president is kept on a "need-to-know basis." Burchett also revealed that pilots who witnessed unidentified objects intentionally destroyed footage to avoid professional retaliation, including psych evaluations and removal from flight duty.
His comments come as the Trump administration releases its fourth batch of declassified UAP records, including military infrared videos and details about a 2015 sighting near the nation's primary nuclear weapons assembly facility.

BREAKING UPDATE: The man behind a fake X account impersonating Shiloh Hendrix, who just went live admitting to scamming “MAGA,” has been identified as Jamell Lewis of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Lewis, who also runs the Monzure account on X, stating in his bio “I created a fake X account where I pretend to be a racist white woman & now it's gone viral ,” posted a message confessing yet again to conning people out of their money, writing: “MAGA, HOW DID IT FEEL TO GET PLAYED BY A BLACK MAN.”

BREAKING: The man behind a fake “Shiloh Hendrix” account on X, now with over 35,000 followers, just went live to brag about scamming MAGA supporters out of money to cover his personal expenses, including rent, a gym membership, and food. He mocked the white people who donated to him and claimed he identifies as a “135 lb white woman.” The real Shiloh Hendrix, recently found guilty of one count of disorderly conduct after being recorded by a Somali man on a playground using “abusive language,”has warned her supporters in her GiveSendGo that she is not active on social media and urged them not to fall for scams, noting that numerous people are impersonating her. Anyone who knows the identity of this man or got scammed by him, can contact me directly via DM.

First known US case: American charged for using a “duress” password
Samuel Tunick, an Atlanta resident, is being prosecuted for allegedly giving border agents a passcode that wiped his phone.
The feature comes from GrapheneOS, a privacy-focused Android OS. Entering the duress code triggers a full factory reset.
This is believed to be the first time federal prosecutors have brought such charges.
The incident happened in January 2025 at Atlanta airport. Agents demanded access to his phone without a warrant, saying he hadn’t yet officially entered the US. When they entered the code, the phone wiped itself.
Tunick has pleaded not guilty. His lawyers argue the seizure was unlawful and that agents were investigating his activism against “Cop City.”
The case raises big questions about digital rights at the US border.
