Georgia has quite the pattern of malicious prosecutions- and taking actions to silence and suppress those who question or call them out. Chris also swept serious complaints- under the rug. For example, refusing to provide the President's attorneys with the voter data for 2020; burying SEB2021-181 and refusing to investigate SEB2023-025. Chris was well aware of Georgia's 2020 election failures- but watched as lives were destroyed based on nothing more than a false narrative. He also knows that Fulton County has now filed four lawsuits against the state and the United States- but without the vote or consent of the Board- the only legal path to take action as defined by the Georgia Open Meetings Act. Chris knows that any action taken outside of a properly noticed meeting- is invalid. It is on his website. So IMHO- Chris has officially been made aware of it- and by doing nothing- is furthering Fulton County's obstruction.

Wow @MarkDavisGOP. Georgia NEEDS you to understand that Tim Fleming was "placed" in his seat unlawfully. The People did not vote for him. He did not garner the votes recorded. He is a Kemp man thru and thru. It is OBVIOUS. It was a stunning cheat. Why would you ask people to vote for an imposter? Really can't believe you just wrote an article basically endorsing him 🙄

The fact that Norm Eisen was behind the bar complaints against folks who questioned the 2020 election results- is now representing Fulton County in the criminal investigation of the very thing he claims didn't happen- is....rich. The fact that he is going to extraordinary lengths- (alleging governmental conspiracy theories through frivolous legal actions) to prevent the federal investigation (obstructing -IMHO) and is now actually doing the very things he wrongfully accused other attorneys of doing- is too much.
