Farewell in love . This dog, named Greta, had arrived at the last day of her life at the age of 15 years and ended with a serious illness. The owner took them to the place where they both were happiest together. Her favorite beach. In her last hour, he caressed her fur and gently talked to her, told about her adventures together and how much he loved her, he did not leave her alone until her last breath on this world. @Mad_Pieman As for the surplus, it used to go in part to bursaries. That was the only way kids in poor areas without grammars or outstanding comps could get a high level education. Thanks to all of you, those kids have gone from a few chances to zero chances.

@Mad_Pieman @Liberalscribble Indeed, and having been a governor in one for many years and worked in many, many more & extensively in the State sector too; I can tell you they do that very skilfully and way more professionally than you will find in the State sector. The all work hard to stay in the black.

@Mad_Pieman @GuyEmma68700 Food retail is mostly a private good. Education is a merit good with wider social benefits (skills, productivity, mobility), which is why it’s treated differently. Business rates relief is based on public benefit/charitable purpose, which supermarkets don’t provide the same way.
