India 🇮🇳 service update! We had zero account freeze cases reported on P2P in India over last 45 days. Not to users or P2P merchants. There were a few liens (less then 10 in 45 days) which we 100% refunded where higher concentration is among P2P merchants and not users. We process over 750 P2P ramps per day in India and close to ~$1.5Mn in monthly volume - over last 45 days that’s over 33,000 ramps - and we are proud of “Zero” freeze incidence over these many days. Our AI fraud defence systems have come a long way from where we started - this is been a non-lenier journey fighting transaction fraud in India - and we did build deep insights on how to combat this.
