I request @magicbricks @MagicbricksHelp @99acresIndia not to send names and contacts of prospective buyers to me. I am unable to sell my 3BHK Flat in Magic Lilly, Aqua City, Aluva because the developer is not registering my Flat despite paying full cost of the flat plus all statutory dues in 2016 itself. Filed a Civil Case against @Shwas_Homes @shwas_group in Aug 2025. Filing a Criminal Case now. They have cheated me and let the law take its course. Please have patience MB for some time. Brought this to the notice of Hon CM office Keralam @CMOkeralam also.

@magicbricks , i have received 5 calls in 15 mins, in 2 of them, i told them i don't need anything right now. please make it stop! all i did was open your app and accidentally click on a random popup that showed up before going back. i would also highly recommend changing your intent triggers - if i clicked on something and did not stay for even a full second, i'm 100% not interested and won't convert.

Never share your phone number with @magicbricks. Their agents will spam call you nonstop even after being clearly told not to call. This is not customer service, it’s pure harassment by constant calling. Completely insensitive and unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by @magicbricks agents. I clearly told your agent on WhatsApp NOT to call because I was at the hospital. Even after that, he continued calling me nonstop. This is insensitivity towards someone in a medical situation. Not major but still!
