Millennials need to gtfo over Lord of the Rings. I watched the Fellowship over Xmas for the first time since I was a kid. The acting is god awful and the pacing is insane (as are the cuts to new scenes). Ian McKellen, Christopher Lee+Sean Bean are the redeeming things about it

It's hard to describe how much I hated this movie. I don’t understand. This stuff is real, it exists, you can actually buy it, and yet the VR market is almost dead. What happened to the kids in the 90s who dreamed about this possibility?
