Muslims want Cong to pass communal violence bill timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Muslims-…

Oh my Hyderabad, Mr Syed Ayub is giving ₹100 free petrol and asking people not to chant “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” in return to his J!hadi gesture 😞 And our so called SiCKulars happily taking that free petrol 🙏

India may need Chinese expertise for projects in Arunachal: Jairam Ramesh http://toi.in/dj0Xj8

I just realized there is no exact equivalent word for "empathy" in Hindi. Or any Indian language. Explains a lot, doesn't it. The closest one is the Sanskrit "samvedana" which is very close to empathy but not quite and is not broadly used. This concept of feeling/sharing/understanding someone else's pain, trauma and suffering is very alien to our culture. Because our culture is basically the caste system. And caste system actually actively *disincentivizes* empathy. We have words for kindness, compassion, love, charity, generosity, but not for empathy. Frankly, many older cultures don't understand and define empathy. Not just ours. It's an highly evolved concept, an high evolved word. And we we are a highly unevolved, backward culture.

Hon’ble Supreme Court completely got this Dalit Christian issue wrong. Today’s judgment is a direct violation of Article 15 and 25 of Indian Constitution. Govt of India MUST file an appeal in Supreme Court requesting the bench to rescind this decision. Practising a religion is a matter of personal choice of a citizen and it must NOT be linked to the rights accrue by virtue of being born in particular caste. In spite of converting to Christianity or Islam or Buddhism, Scheduled castes continued to be the victims of oppression. The famous Karamchedu and Tsundur of massacre victims (Andhra Pradesh) were all following Christian faith. This is the stark reality in India even today. This judgment puts lives of lakhs of oppressed citizens who follow Christianity or Islam in peril. They cannot be protected by SC/ST Atrocities Act hereafter. BJP is deliberately delaying Justice KG Balakrishnan’s Committee’s Report whose mandate was to look into this long pending issue. @ANI @PTIofficial @uniindianews @BRSparty

North America: Dhurandhar2 is looking at ₹ 125 to 130 Cr / $13.5M to $14M by first weekend ( sunday). We ran out of superlatives to describe this. With theatrical pricing this scale is never before and we can assure never again ( in nxt 5-7 years) till Friday: #DhurandharTheRevenge $7M #UstaadBhagatSingh $600K

Imagine a film where every real-world event is secretly controlled by its characters - that’s Dhurandhar Part 2. In one of Sreenu Vaitla’s films, Brahmanandam plays a creator (writer), and the characters he writes feel so vivid that they come alive and revolve around him. The same applies to Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar Part 2 - it feels as though every major incident in India over the last 20 years was carried out by the characters created for the Durandhar series. In Dhurandhar Part 1 itself, the film established above pattern. In this sequel, that idea is pushed to the extreme. The movie heavily leans into a propaganda narrative, suggesting that: 👉 Demonetization under Narendra Modi was rooted in Pakistan-related activities 👉 Punjab’s drug crisis is pakisthan driven 👉 Left-wing presence in Kerala is influenced and funded by Pakistan's ISI 👉 Indian NGOs are funded by ISI 👉 Indian National Congress is portrayed as being Pakistan-friendly Fact check: The Congress party was the one that fought full-fledged wars against Pakistan, including during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965 and the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 (which led to Bangladesh’s creation). Of course, in recent times, the Congress party has engaged in appeasement politics - but those are largely directed toward Indian Muslims. It is ironic to project Congress as anti-national; rather, critics argue they focus on minority appeasement for votes. The second Issue : The idea behind Modi‘s demonetization - that large amounts of black cash would “disappear” - did not materialize. During the 2016 Indian demonetization, about ₹15.4 lakh crore was demonetized, with expectations that ₹3–5 lakh crore of black money would be destroyed. However, around 99.3% of the cash (₹15.3 lakh crore) was returned to the system. This suggests either that black money was not primarily held in cash, or that it was successfully laundered back into the system. Thus, critics argue that the Government of India’s half-baked decision backfired - and narratives like Dhurandhar Part 2 attempt to reframe it as an outcome of terrorism prevention. Ofcourse, sensing the vulnerability of the Bhakths Aditya Dhar well played it to galleries. Smart biscuits dude @AdityaDharFilms 👍 P.S : Telugu360 Rating 4/5 for #Durandhar2 in terms of film making.
