@jamie_kenton_ Hi Jamie, thanks for your message. This means that your installer will prepare the cut out or space for an appliance, unwrapping of the appliance and secure placement of it in position. It does not include electrical, gas or plumbing connections. Your designer will be 1/2

@MagnetUK absolutely disgusted with the after care I have received. Your warranty team telling me this is acceptable my 4 month old kitchen!!! This product is not fit for purpose! Just 4 pictures of many!

@MagnetUK Please help🙏 We bought our kitchen from you a few years ago. Our puppy has managed to pull the laminate on this corner door. See below. Can this be fixed/replaced? There was no loose bits, so I'm not sure how she got purchase to start pulling it off 🤔

@MagnetUK having a very bizarre experience with Magnet and your installer. Kitchen removed on 30 May 2025. Still awaiting completion and promised refunds. Receiving no replies to emails from either party. I simply don’t understand this lack of care and communication.

@MagnetUK I would not recommend your product to a single soul. Product quality is poor and customer service absolutely atrocious. Anyone looking at a magnet kitchen, go elsewhere.
