Waited for over a week for @TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS to say they cannot do anything and I should have bought insurance. My father needs surgery for his heart and the refund from my tickets was going towards that surgery. Now I don’t know what to do #ticketmasterrobbers

@TicketmasterCS I did a fan guarantee with my tickets didn’t hear anything and when I contacted you I was told there was no request on the system and to resell. It’s now a week before the concert I cannot go and I am down by £837 which I need to help my dad

@TicketmasterUK I have been swindled by them and now they are refusing a refund which I need for my father’s treatment. Be answerable Ticketmaster!
