The jury reached a verdict in the Shiloh Hendrix case late last night. *Not guilty* on the first count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, which is the interaction with the child. *Guilty* on the on the second count for the interaction with the videographer. The fact that she was arrested at all is a very dangerous precedent for the 1st Amendment and the United States. The conviction makes that precedent much more dangerous. After the verdict, her attorney spoke with the press and stated they were prohibited from presenting evidence to the jury by the judge. He said they will be appealing the conviction.
