Week 6-9 to 100k with ecom Only 9k away from doing 100k Actually ended up hitting 40k in April after 3 peak days back to back (ended up at 42k) Probably on track for at least 80k for this May So I’m changing the goal to 100k/days with ecom Recently I’ve just been launching 1 batch of ads per week MRR is hitting quite nicely, chargeblast is very necessary tho Gonna probably move away from the 1 CBO method as I’m scaling this past 5k days Improved my backend aswell as my CS so we are more ready to scale Not much else to update on except working on more batches of ads and just putting more intent instead of just launching for the sake of it Feel free to ask any questions btw

Definitely test it then, realistically you can have people reopt in after 2 months so they don’t get charged more than twice unless they like the product Unless it’s an egregious amount of complaints I’d just add it I’m currrently running a supp at like 2k days ish and I recieve a lot of complaints If your targeting older people it’s just gonna be like that A lot of these people just want to be heard out and listened to, which is lowkey a pain but it’s such a good way to keep em Almost 95% of my complaints are solved by just being understanding of there issues and a lil dick sucking And they suddenly wanna buy more or keep being subbed

@MahadDaAli @nichdo_ product does make lot of sense for MRR, what I’m not sure about is product quality, getting some complaints thats why I’m hesitant on MRR for now

top spender got rejected again mid day which I really don't like... rewrote it being compliant with meta this time and sent it back, I hope it performs the same. also tested MRR overnight and had a 25% take rate which I guess isnt too bad, but turnt it off anyways.

Week 5-6 to 100k with Ecom I said my goal for April was 40k, we came close at 35k so can’t complain Should atleast hit 60k this May including with MRR But I’m aiming for around 80k this month which i definitely think is possible Slightly scared to scale just because I want my product to be better, right now it’s just a general formula I branded Been launching 1 batch per week and split testing my LP every 3-4 days My upsells CVR went down a lot recently ideally I’d want 30% of my rev (initially) to come from upsells right now it’s around 12% Was previously 21% Something I’ve noticed tho, everything sorta just started working went I let go I was so tied to the results and getting xyz Honestly I just love the work I’m doing right now and more so I love the life I’m living Started going out way more, meeting a ton of new people and everything just started clicking I think a lot of get caught up about being “all in” / “super locked in” We kinda use it as crutch to stop being social and going out (in a healthy way) Anyways try and enjoy the journey because what else is the point of all of this?

I mean you only let it test a single day tho? And even that being said the LTV would definitely make up for it If I was you I’d 100% atleast test for 3 days Even with a high churn rate (let’s say overall people buy month 1) that’s still more than enough to get back what you lost And a couple people will probably be subbed in for 3-4 months (that’s assuming your product isn’t in its best version) Crazy how good CS will probably get people to stay way longer than intended tbh (a lot of ur older customers lowkey will js wanna be listened to) Plus with good offer your roas can def go back to a normal rate, there’s a reason mfs scale at 0.8 roas with MRR cuz it works If only be hesitant if your product genuinely just doesn’t work for it overall Like if it was a certain sock, brace or item otherwise just setup upsells for different product (supplement) and add MRR that way

$0-$1mil With Ecom - Day 201 My top spending native is a consistent 2 ROAS, but my other ads are selling and bringing the overall roas down to a 1.4-1.5 which is kinda gay. So have to lock in and cut some ads soon, could be a landing page issue so i'm going to look into that. My ad acc got banned on my other store recently, and it's STILL getting charged, 4k a day right now, and I'm HELLA unprofitable but I can't even turn off my ads cause my PROFILE got banned. I'm going to talk to support tomorrow and try and figure sum out, if not I'm js gon lock my card. God bless.

my homie got his FB profile banned 2 months ago, and his ad account has been spending every single day, and he physically cannot turn off his ads. they just keep running. he didn't have anyone else connected on the BM, which truthfully is on him that's a poor opsec practice but still. this happened to me a few years ago, honestly can't believe it's still happening and I know he's not the only one. he's just getting slapped with like $50k+ bills from Meta every month spending on unprofitable ads. support obv no help. insiders couldn't get the profile back. what do u even do in this position lol. incredibly criminal, but nothing out of the ordinary for FB we can all agree.
