@TheAA_UK Normally you’ve provided a great service when called out. Today I’m having to go collect my stranded car myself no thanks to the incompetence of one of your team.😡 We were assured of a delivery back to home address when the issue with the vehicle couldn’t be resolved.

@TheAA_UK I’ve since ‘towed’ it myself back home at a cost of just short of £100. Reimbursement of that would be appreciated, not to mention the inconvenience, frustration and anxiety caused by the delay. I’m hesitant to post reg online therefore won’t be doing that.

Shame on you @waitrose Harborough. Luxury afternoon tea ordered a fortnight ago by a Son not delivered to his house so he could treat his mother on Mothering Sunday. If you’re out of afternoon teas at least provide a substitute. What a huge disappointment for this Mother!
