Shocked by @BootsUK. Delivery arrived completely ruined with leaking products meant for a birthday. Due to limited mobility (cancer), I’m being told to wash the products, repack and "find a friend" to return it. Where is the support for vulnerable customers?‼️#CustomerService

@BootsHelp Don't trust Boots. I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years but now I will boycott you!! Youve sent me a leaking empty item and are refusing to refund or replace it! That's theft. Do you think you are above the law? I'm going to Trading Standards with all my proof.

@IKEA Just inputted my gift card details, was about to finish my order but I got a phone call. Went back in after my call, the order hadn't been finished yet but you took my £30 gift card balance. Thanks IKEA and all your customer service methods are closed or down! Refund plz!

@DHLParcelUK Months on and still no refund for my lost keys. I've now even got Citizens advice involved because disgusting dhl are trying to dodge giving the refund I promised. This company is fraudulent. I'm requesting a phone call today!!
