Working on Sunday morning is totally worth it when the patient on day 3 after receiving islets receives you with a big big smile because glucose has been absolutely flat at 5.5!! #isletsaregreat

Definitely need national clarity and agreement on this

Do you know what #Type3CDiabetes is? Pretty much behaves like #T1Diabetes due to insufficiency of #Insulin Should they have- similar to #T1D- access to #Flash or #CGM? My view? Yes absolutely (and already do in clinical practice) Let's see whether NICE agrees 🙂 #gbdoc
