I cannot believe we have to do this. The New York Times, the paper of record, just published an op-ed accusing the State of Israel of systematic sexual violence against Palestinian detainees, including the claim that Israel is training dogs to rape prisoners. One of their sources is a man who left his job after multiple people, including minors, accused him of sending them threatening and sexual messages. The other is Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, a group whose chairman was sanctioned by Israel as a Hamas operative and who publicly called the testimonies of Israeli women raped on October 7th “fabricated lies.” The Times is using the words of a man credibly accused of sexually harassing children, and an organization led by a man who denies the rape of Jewish women, to build a case that Israelis are sexual predators. This is the most serious accusation you can level at a country. It demands the most serious sourcing. The Times decided the opinion section was good enough. It is not good enough. And spare me the crocodile tears. The same people who spent two years calling the rape victims of October 7th liars, who told us “believe women” had an asterisk when the women were Jewish, are about to share this op-ed with tears in their eyes. They never cared about sexual violence. They cared about who they could pin it on. I do not want to spend my day writing about this. But when the largest newspaper in the world launders this against my people, silence is complicity. @nytimes owes our community, and its readers, an apology.

You know what shook me when I was Muslim? Whenever a fellow Muslim would say “the Bible is corrupted,” I would agree and use that to rip away Christian’s faith.  But when I started looking into this claim for myself, I realized just how wrong that was.  Muslims can't claim the Torah is corrupted. Why? Because Muhammad himself affirmed the Torah. And thanks to the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Septuagint, we now know the Torah that Muhammad held in his hands is the same Torah that we hold today. The same one from before Christ. That's not Christian bias, that is archaeological fact. And if they deny that, they're denying these same standards they use to validate every single ancient Islam manuscript, too. And they're not even Muslim at that point. So when you're ministering to a devout Muslim, here's the move. Let them argue about the New Testament, if they want. At my ministry, we don't even bring it up anymore. You can actually dismantle Islam just by using the Torah. Because if they trust Muhammad, they have to trust the Torah.

Diaspora Jews begged Israel to stop fighting Hamas, convinced the war fueled antisemitism. Seven months into a ceasefire, Jews are still being hunted in the streets as the Amnesty crowd screams even louder “ongoing genocide.” The problem was never Israel. It was the antisemites.

Residents of Israel's northern border town of Kiryat Shmona received psy-op phone calls from Hezbollah urging them in Hebrew to flee the city: "Hello. Look to the city gates. We want to meet you. This city is ours. This is a warning. Evacuate the city while you can still decide for yourself. When we arrive, we will decide whether you will leave or be killed. Also know that we do not want to raise dogs."

@calebe10000 @RasmusJarlov This is about the US financing civil wars for regime change or waging wars themselves claiming they want to free people. The US is cause for many deaths. Also, Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo are not forgotten.

I am tired of people in Western countries saying "Palestine is on the ballot" in your local elections. No—it is not. What is on the ballot: trash collections, social care, local jobs, economic growth, energy, etc. Palestine/Israel is a problem for Palestinians and Israelis,

Kemi Badenoch went on Nick Robinson’s show to discuss the national emergency facing Britain’s Jews. Robinson wanted to drag it into Tommy Robinson instead. It was pure whataboutery from the BBC, and in doing so, he proved Kemi’s point.

Sarah Maria Sander@SarahMSander

You may not agree with me, but you will always know where you stand with me. Today in Billericay, a heckler tried to shout me down as I spoke about the normalisation of hatred towards Jews. I did not back down, because it needs to be said. British Jews are being targeted and too many people are pretending this is the same experience of other minorities. This lady implied Muslims are being similarly targeted. This is simply not true. Let's be honest about what is happening. Certain groups (in particular but not solely Islamic Extremists) are creating a climate of fear and intimidation that is normalising Jew hatred. I will never stand for that. Governments have spent too long hand-wringing, making excuses and hoping it would go away. It is time to call this what it is: a national emergency in our attitude, our urgency and our response. I will always engage with people who disagree with me. That is politics. But there is a difference between argument and intimidation. Shouting does not make a bad case good. It's done to silence others. And it certainly does not change the truth. The truth is that British Jews have been made to feel less safe in their own country. Our country. They are being singled out, threatened and harassed in ways that should shame everyone in public life. If we do not stand up now and stop this rise in antisemitism, then why bother saying "Never Again" at Holocaust Memorial Day? Because this is how it starts. I am not prepared to play along with the pretence that this is normal, or manageable, or just another example of tension between groups. It really is not. It is targeted hatred and it is getting worse. So my message is simple. Not here. Not in Britain. And not on our watch. We need to stop the hand-wringing and start doing the right thing. That means standing with British Jews openly, unapologetically and without fear.
