In the audio, Khariji operative Azmat, alias Lala, instructs Khariji commander Saleem, alias Musa, to collect weapons in Kunar, prepare detailed inventories and establish arrangements for conveying messages and coordinating future terrorist actions inside Pakistan. The voice note also clearly captures Khariji Azmat stating that he is receiving directives from the "Emirate" (Taliban Regime), referring to the Afghan Taliban.
