The winners of the Safeguarding Annual Message 2026 are students from @MakerereCHUSS, who were awarded 3million Ugandan Shillings. We warmly congratulate the team on this remarkable achievement!

I presented a plaque to Eng. Paul Musasizi, the CEO of Kiira Motors Corporation for supporting the inclusivity agenda at Makerere University. @KiiraMotors donated a specially designed electric bus to facility mobility of students with disability on campus.

I have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ms. Francisca Ayodeji Akala, the @WorldBankGroup Country Manager for Uganda.
