For the last 12 years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to be the sideline reporter on the Buffalo Bills Radio Network via WGR/Audacy. As many of you know, there will be a change. While I won’t be serving in that role moving forward, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity I’ve had over those years to cover this team from such a unique perspective on game day. To everyone in the Bills organization, and my radio colleagues - I’ll miss being with you on the field and in the booth, but thankful for the long-lasting friendships and relationships we’ve built. To you, Bills fans and listeners everywhere - I can’t thank you all enough for the love, support, and trust you always place in me. It’s never something I take for granted, and it will continue to motivate me moving forward! @Mike_Bundt Is it a lesson on “media literacy” or just a lesson on media? Is there an expectation that “everyone” is to be “literate” on the business nuances of media?

The Bills radio news is a lesson for everyone on media literacy. They left WGR because they wanted to produce their own broadcast and distribute the rights to the stations they handpicked. Sal is a WGR employee who was working on their broadcasts on the side while Tasker is a permanent employee of the Bills. This is about the Bills controlling every aspect of their operation in terms of team produced media which is becoming a trend among professional organizations in the United States and Canada.
