Super proud of what’s just kicked off @HoylandCommonPS and I’m not talking football or PE.. I’m Talking #STEM .. we’ve just opened our #STEM room to students this month and although it’s a little way to go yet to offer a full range of #STEM lessons the infrastructure is in and students are in and learning.. This excites me beyond belief!! Pupils from #foundation right through to #Year6 are being introduced and the projects have begun! I’m looking forward to the growth of this as a resource and I will keep posting with new additions to the room as we develop the scope of what we can teach and what students create. A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all who have donated to support our start so far. I will post a detailed list of thanks in the thread, but for now you know who you are and we thank you.🙏 #WeAreUpAndRunning 👌🙌🙌

Our ⁦@WoodlandPK8⁩ sixth graders are finishing their cam-driven automata projects. A mix of ⁦@tinkercad⁩-designed 3D printed parts along with hand-engineered elements, controlled with ⁦@microbit_edu⁩ and coded in the new Python editor.
