@TeamYouTube The reason for demonetization on my channels was changed from “harmful content involving minors” to “misleading family content.” I need clarification on what specific policy violation applies and why the reason was updated. My content is not made for kids, and that’s clearly stated in both the channel and video descriptions. Channel analytics also show that the audience is not children. I’ve tried resolving this through support but haven’t received replies for long periods (8+ days on one channel, 20+ on another), and chats haven’t led to actual communication. I just found out there’s a server with 50+ creators who have all been demonetized for the same false "Child Harm" flag in the last month. This isn't just an AI bug; it is a Mass Purge of the gaming/animation niche. Legend @NARMAK13 is hit, 2.5M sub @emezie is hit, and dozens of smaller channels are being silenced with 0 recourse. @nealmohan, how many more livelihoods have to be destroyed before you admit the safety system is in total failure? @OrdinaryGamers @MoistCr1TiKaL @Asmongold — the community needs your help. This YouTuber made The SpongeBob SquarePants Anime, widely considered to be one of the greatest YouTube animations of all time, yet YouTube just demonetized his entire channel. YouTube is punishing real creators like this guy, and rewarding AI slop content farms. Insanity.

6/6 of my channels got demonetized in the past 2 weeks. Some ‘inauthentic content’, others ‘harmful content involving minors’. The videos are HEAVILY edited, and do NOT involve minors whatsoever. My team has been working on Youtube for 3 years with no issues with demonetization, so clearly the AI flagging system has changed and become aggressive to the point that false positives are the norm. Every appeal comes back with the same exact automated message, zero signs of human intervention. At this point, there is 0 assurance against Youtube automatically flagging you and burying all your channels, no matter your content. I strongly urge all creators to diversify across other platforms and build a following external to Youtube, because if you can’t raise your voice, all your channels can quickly and quietly be swept away by Youtube’s AI flagging system. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators

@HazardCinema Same exact issue happened to this channel of mine, appeal instantly rejected. 0 humans involved. This is clearly systematic, they don’t care about false positives.

My YouTube channel was recently demonetized under the reason “harmful content involving minors.” Seeing this reason attached to my channel is deeply distressing, as I have never uploaded content that is even remotely related to this category. My channel focuses entirely on age-appropriate FNAF gaming content and has always been created with YouTube’s policies and my audience in mind. I have never posted anything that violates YouTube’s guidelines, and I am confident that this demonetization is the result of an error. This channel is the primary source of income for both myself and my team. Many hardworking people depend on it, and losing monetization without a clear explanation or the ability to appeal has been extremely disruptive and upsetting. I respectfully request a human review of my channel as soon as possible. I am confident that a manual review will confirm that my content does not violate YouTube’s policies. So not only did YouTube falsely Demonetize me, my appeal got denied instantly. And they won’t let me reapply for 90 days? I’m pretty sure a real person didn’t even review my appeal. @TeamYouTube @YouTube you are messing with my income and my job.

It's impossible to put into words how bad Youtube's demonetization system is, so here is a nice example. The channel in the picture below reuploads my videos 1:1 and just changes the bottom clips. My channel is demonetized from inauthentic content but his channel is still up and STILL MONETIZED. There is multiple other channels just like this one that just live off copy & pasting my videos, I'm the only one that ever got demonetized. Original content = demonetization Copy & paste = monetization @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators

@ZenithhTweet Hmm… I got 5 channels in different niches (but same adsense), all hit at different times and not because of related channels but independent inauthentic content flags

Suspended Due To Related Channel on same Adsense This is so horrible, one I was planning on reviving Aswell the channel that caused this was literally branded as well with high quality editing and everything. Youtube gotta fix their moderators
