@MalcolmHay Hi, I am sorry to learn of the difficulties described. A number of trains have needed to operate with a reduced number of carriages due to some operational challenges. However we are working hard to rectify faults and get them back into service as soon as possible. ^LEX

Good old @chilternrailway. Despite the utterly predictable nature of school holidays they still fail to put more carriages on trains into London, meaning today I’m sat on the floor by the toilet in some sort of lockable cabinet #useless
