Why is it that all corporates despise their customers? Booking.com here says "DM us for attention", but it doesn't actually lead to a DM option. On their webshite, it's IMPOSSIBLE to send a message. The only option is to ring their number as though it's an emergency. What an annoying bunch of useless muppets. But of curse they have a monopoly so we're forced to use them, ....so they can get away with it.
