@bookingcom ❌❌❌ Booked a “sea view” room but it’s nothing like advertised. Very poor condition, bad location, no services, and terrible road access. Host is unreachable after taking payment. I need a refund ASAP.

Why is it that all corporates despise their customers? Booking.com here says "DM us for attention", but it doesn't actually lead to a DM option. On their webshite, it's IMPOSSIBLE to send a message. The only option is to ring their number as though it's an emergency. What an annoying bunch of useless muppets. But of curse they have a monopoly so we're forced to use them, ....so they can get away with it.
