We need to end the narrative that breastfeeding depletes mothers.  Breastfeeding reduces post partum haemorrhage, postnatal depression, heart attacks, strokes, dementia, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and autoimmune disease.  It's a sound investment and one most families want.
