Watching @glideapps experts, who do not have software development backgrounds, land 5 and 6-figure contracts building internal apps for enterprises is the clearest example of the untapped value of software, and the greatest feat of any no-code tool, that I know of.

The most here and now AI opportunity in India is Infosys 2.0. - More & more enterprises want custom tailor made solutions, not a one size fits all SaaS tool. - CIOs have many business problems, but with AI they don't know where to start. - The business model for this is not man hours driven, but outcome based where economics are closer to a software company. Unlimited TAM. Requires product DNA with IT services like GTM. Ping me if you are doing something here :)

We have an enterprise client. A fortune 500 company. It took them a year to go from proposal to client. We built their app in 2 weeks. It's been a year of internal approvals to get the app live for their end users. Their security team doing pen tests, their design team complaining about the layout, their product team doing x, y and z. Their goal is to launch in a few months. 30 months in total! That's why incumbents win many times. Large enterprises are soooooo fricking slow.

Founders, what are some other hacks that you have used to maintain discipline in the office culture? P.S.: I too had to pay ₹1200 in the first month because of this hack, as I was caught breaking discipline occasionally by other team members. 😂😂

Thus, this hack allowed me to keep my santiy while making punishments cool. It also brought in some wonderful innovations in terms of foul language. E.g. A term called Ben Stokes came into the picture, & it started being used a lot more in office. I hope you know what it is. 😉

Why? The next fun session was getting better as the team members were paying for it. It made the company culture way more friendlier. It also broadened the discipline required without me having to take a lot of stress as a boss & becoming a difficult boss to deal with.

So if anybody in the team is breaking the discipline and paying fine money, others get benefited from it in the form of fun sessions. Just by making this small switch, the vigilance passed on from me to all other team team members, and they were happy doing it.

Every time you're using foul language or something which is not supposed to be spoken inside an office environment, ₹100 flat fine would be charged to that team member. But these charges collected from the team members will be directly used for fun sessions for the same team.

Every minute a person is late to a meeting, .1% of their salary will be fined. So basically, if you're earning ₹10,000 a month, you'll be charged ₹10 per minute that you are late.

1. Team members were coming late to the office meetings by two to ten minutes and were wasting each other's time. 2. Team culture became so friendly and open that people started casually using foul language inside the office. This definitely couldn't be tolerated.

Start with building the database for storing all the data. Then create the logic, for the data to flow from point A to point B. And finally build the frontend, the looks and UI of the app. (This is the way I prefer to do it.)
